Job Description

Total Wine & More seeks a disciplined Lead Talent Acquisition Field Recruiter to oversee end to end recruitment for Field leadership roles and support hourly store hiring from a remote location. This role collaborates with regional leadership and HR and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle recruitment for Field leadership roles and assist with hourly store team member hiring.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by improving interview effectiveness, promoting inclusive hiring practices, and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate staffing data across multiple recruitment platforms and reporting resources.
  • Drive new store staffing initiatives in partnership with Regional Field leadership and Labor Management to meet on time targets and efficiency goals, ensuring new stores reach 100 percent capacity.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process, including passive candidate strategies.
  • Support process improvements, contribute to the creation of SOPs, system enhancements, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Support special projects as needed.
  • Periodically engage with stores in the local market, providing staffing support, mentoring, and hiring coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience supporting retail stores for a high growth organization, or 2+ years of internal Store Manager experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, with Workday preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS, and a proven track record with passive talent strategies.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience in behavioral and competency based interviewing and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and sound judgment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social recruitment.
  • Primary location ideally Dallas, TX or the Northeast coast within close proximity to store locations.
