Job Description

The Recruiter role oversees full cycle recruiting for both engineering and non-technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to source, screen, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. This position is based in Connecticut with remote options and offers an annual salary range of USD 77,000 to 82,000.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application to offer.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and the hiring team throughout the selection process.
Extend offers and assist with negotiations while preserving a positive candidate experience.
Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding with consistent messaging across the website, social media, and other key channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, within the engineering, architecture, or construction industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability using LinkedIn and other social media to engage passive and active job seekers.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
