Job Description

Diversified Building Services is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for supervisory and operational roles across the organization. This onsite position in Wallingford, CT involves traveling to DBS sites to support new location openings and coaching regional managers on evaluating candidates and conducting interviews, while building practical interviewing skills for frontline staff. The role carries a salary range of USD 60,000 to 67,000 per year and requires at least two years of multi-site recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for supervisor, trainer, and operational management positions across all DBS verticals and states.
  • Source candidates through job boards, community networks, referrals, and other channels appropriate to the role and market.
  • Travel to DBS sites to assist with new location openings and ensure staffing needs are met on schedule.
  • Partner with the HR Director to create scalable recruiting processes, tools, and resources that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
  • Support onboarding coordination at new sites in collaboration with HR and operations.
  • Coach regional managers on hiring best practices, including candidate evaluation, structured interview delivery, and making confident hiring decisions.
  • Develop practical interview training for frontline supervisors focused on sourcing and screening janitorial and facilities workers.
  • Create reusable training materials, guides, and resources that supervisors can reference independently.
  • Support new site openings with on-site orientation and staffing readiness as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful approach in all candidate and manager interactions.
  • Represent DBS values and culture in all recruiting and training activities.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and the HR team to ensure a consistent and compliant hiring experience across locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking in Paycom and other HR systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of multi-site recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Spanish language ability.
  • Location: Wallingford, CT 06492 (onsite) is required.
  • Relocation to Wallingford, CT 06492 before start date is required.
  • Approximately 25% travel is required.
