Recruiter

Uline is hiring a Recruiter for its new Connecticut facility in Plainfield, CT (onsite) to drive full cycle recruiting and match talent to roles across the warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to support staffing for a growing warehouse, including entry-level roles through technical and high-level positions.
• Source and recruit active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs, define job duties, and confirm required qualifications and skills to build an effective recruitment plan.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit with position requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other external talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

• USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
