Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent for insurance sales, leadership, and office management roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract high-performing professionals.
• Track recruiting activity using CRM and applicant tracking systems.
• Build relationships with both candidates and agency leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the organization professionally at networking events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives when needed.
• Meet recruiting goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates daily.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple open positions at once.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
• CRM or applicant tracking system experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

LinkedIn, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and various Applicant Tracking Systems are the primary tools used to source, track, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
