Recruiter

Uline is building a new recruiting team to support growth at its Connecticut facility in Plainfield, CT. This onsite Recruiter role in Hartford, CT 06101 offers full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, a strong benefits package, and training that includes travel to Uline’s North American locations.

You will help staff a growing warehouse operation by finding the right people for roles ranging from entry-level positions to technical and high-level needs. The position includes building talent relationships and partnering with hiring managers to shape recruiting plans based on role requirements.

What you’ll do

• Manage full cycle recruiting to support hiring across all levels of a growing warehouse operation.
• Source active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications to develop a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year. Experience: 3+ years.
