Recruiter

Uline is expanding in Connecticut and hiring a Recruiter to support staffing for a new facility in the Plainfield area. This onsite role focuses on full cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and matching qualified candidates to open positions within the growing warehouse operation.

Working from the Uline Plainfield location, you will manage end-to-end hiring activities, source talent across active and passive markets, and help evaluate candidates through interviews. The position also includes building long-term relationships with external talent sources to support ongoing recruiting needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full cycle recruiting to support staffing across the organization, from entry-level roles through technical and higher-level positions.
• Source and recruit qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications to create an effective recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants and assess alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
