Recruiter

Uline is growing and is hiring a Recruiter to support its new Connecticut facility in Plainfield. This onsite role in Putnam, CT partners closely with hiring managers and candidates to keep warehouse staffing moving across the full range of roles, from entry-level positions to technical and high-level needs. You will also work in a location known for best-in-class, clean, modern facilities and a first-class fitness center.

Compensation: USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting to support staffing needs for a growing warehouse operation, including entry-level, technical, and high-level roles.
• Source and recruit qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networking relationships.
• Work with hiring managers to define talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills, then develop a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.
