Talent Acquisition, Recruiter - Contractor

This contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supports hiring across multiple departments, builds robust candidate pipelines, and delivers a high-touch recruiting experience. The position is based in Greenwich, CT with hybrid work flexibility and a pay rate of $35 to $60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters to fill roles across diverse departments; review and source resumes, screen candidates, and qualify individuals to present to hiring managers.
• Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline through creative job postings and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Guide candidates through various stages in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and maintain accurate data at all times.
• Support ongoing HR projects that align with the team’s mission, including diversity initiatives, candidate experience, and employee engagement efforts.
• Stay informed on current recruiting trends to assess the skill sets of top candidates.
• Provide a white-glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience; familiarity with the financial services and/or fintech sector is a plus.
• Proven ability to evaluate resumes and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $35.00 to $60.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Office schedule: in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Friday; role can be based in Greenwich, CT or New York, NY. If based in NY, training will take place in Greenwich with one day per week in Greenwich thereafter.
