Recruiter

Recruiter role in Norwich, CT (onsite) supporting hiring for Uline’s new Connecticut facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting to staff a growing warehouse operation across multiple roles and levels, from entry-level positions to technical and high-level needs.
• Source and recruit qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements, job duties, and qualification and skill needs, then develop a recruitment plan.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit against position requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Salary

$68,000 - $100,000 per year.
