Recruiter

Uline is hiring a Recruiter for its new Connecticut facility in Plainfield. This on-site role supports full cycle recruiting for warehouse positions and partners with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and build effective recruitment plans.

Role Summary

The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for a growing warehouse operation, spanning entry-level roles through technical and high-level positions. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent requirements, job duties, and qualifications to guide recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruiting to support staffing across all levels of the expanding warehouse operation.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates, including active and passive talent, using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Work with hiring managers to identify talent needs and define job duties and required qualifications and skills for a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with position requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
