Job Description
Pennant Services, Inc. offers a full-time Talent Acquisition Sourcer role in Hartford, CT with a hybrid work setup. You will contribute to Hartford Healthcare at Home by identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for critical openings, while building and maintaining a strong candidate network. This position emphasizes collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, professional development, and a compensation package based on experience.
What you will do
- Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key roles within the organization
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design and execute targeted sourcing strategies that drive candidate flow toward recruiting goals
- Identify strategic search opportunities and help shape the approach for priority positions
- Oversee job postings across multiple external platforms to maximize reach
- Source and engage passive candidates through networking, outreach, social media, research, and proactive sourcing
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the company ATS
- Screen candidates for interest, compensation expectations, relocation needs, and overall fit
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant sourcing experience
- BA or BS degree required
- Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of candidate sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and similar platforms
- Attention to detail and an intuitive sense for cultural fit during screening
- Proven track record of results in sourcing or recruiting roles
- Results-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
