Clinical Recruiter
Job Description
Adams Clinical is seeking a hands-on Clinical Recruiter to lead day-to-day execution of a high-volume recruiting pipeline. This role supports both clinical and operational hiring by driving sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate movement from initial outreach through offer acceptance while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open requisitions across clinical and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Source and engage candidates for clinical roles such as Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Coordinators, Dosing Session Monitors, and other clinician related positions.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking to build and sustain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process from first outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring clear communication and a consistently smooth experience.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to keep the process on schedule.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in Greenhouse to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Manage administrative recruiting operations such as scheduling, status updates, offer paperwork, and requisition tracking with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Track and organize recruiting metrics (including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and diversity) to produce polished weekly reports for the VP of HR and Director of HR.
- Support the ongoing pipeline of qualified passive candidates for hard-to-fill and recurring clinical roles.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience filling clinical or healthcare-related roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Proven sourcing experience across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full start-to-end recruiting pipeline execution.
- Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions (20+ ) simultaneously.
- Excellent organization and follow-through, with comfort in detail-heavy, admin-intensive work.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on execution rather than strategy or oversight.

Compensation and Location
Location: New York, NY (onsite)
Salary: USD 65,000 - 90,000 per year
