  • Advise leaders using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to challenge assumptions and improve hiring decisions.
  • Run disciplined, high-velocity processes while delivering a personal candidate experience and leading thoughtful closing strategies for competitive hires.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful ownership of G&A, corporate, or specialized business-function searches.
  • Experience recruiting for functions including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting.
  • A proven track record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offers.
  • Strong talent judgment and research instincts, including the ability to map a market, identify meaningful signals, and articulate why candidates are likely to succeed at Ramp.
  • Credibility to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions using clear communication, market insight, and data.
  • Strong execution and closing skills, including comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows, ATS usage, funnel discipline, competing offers, and sensitive searches.
