Senior Clinical Recruiter
Job Description
The Senior Clinical Recruiter role supports a fully remote Temp to Perm hiring need based out of Long Island, NY. The position owns end-to-end clinical and healthcare recruitment, partners on workforce planning, and strengthens recruiting operations through proactive sourcing, process improvements, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to design workforce planning strategies and determine current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build qualified pipelines of clinical talent.
- Launch targeted candidate outreach campaigns using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Run full-cycle recruitment for clinical and healthcare-related roles, including nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and other patient-facing professionals.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on recruiting priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Review recruiting workflows, processes, and systems and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and hiring effectiveness.
- Track recruiting activity and performance indicators, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline performance; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor during the hiring process by sharing market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate feedback.
- Improve the candidate experience through consistent communication and a streamlined interview process.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruiting documentation.
- Build cross-organizational relationships to establish a visible and trusted recruiting presence.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws, healthcare hiring requirements, and organizational policies.
Required Experience
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably clinical.
- Skills: Recruitment strategy and organizational development experience.
