Senior Technical Recruiter

CLEAR - Corporate is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help scale Product, Engineering, and Security by bringing in world-class technical talent. This onsite role in New York, NY partners closely with HRBPs and business leaders to source, evaluate, and hire candidates efficiently, including passive talent for hard-to-fill roles.

Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will use AI-enabled tools, data, and market insights to improve recruiting decisions and strengthen recruiting processes, while measuring impact through quality of hire and recruiting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will support product and company goals
• Use AI, data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward strong talent decisions
• Research and engage niche markets to source passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill roles
• Balance candidate needs and business needs to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes
• Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including specialized engineering, product, and security hiring
• Experience using recruiting and AI-enabled tools including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, and Claude
• A data-driven approach, with recruiting metrics treated as a roadmap for success
• Proven ability to engage effectively with both hiring managers and candidates
• Strong sense of urgency and comfort operating in ambiguous situations
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint

• Quality of hire, sourcing performance, and candidate experience metrics
• Time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and number of hires
• Strong partnerships across the business

Compensation and Work Location

• Location: New York, NY (onsite)
• Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 per year
