Technical Recruiter

Autonomize AI is building healthcare AI from its Austin HQ, and the team needs a Technical Recruiter to scale engineering and AI hiring. In this onsite role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical positions, shaping sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and recruitment performance as the company grows.

Role scope

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles, including Full Stack Engineers, ML Engineers, DevOps & QA Engineers, and additional technical hiring needs that arise during growth.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities and help shape recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline using creative sourcing and networking across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Autonomize AI’s mission and culture.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and handle offer negotiations efficiently and transparently.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

What you bring

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Proven success hiring across software engineering, AI, and data-related roles.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, modern development practices, and AI/ML talent markets.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A high sense of ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building great teams.
