Job Description
Campus Recruiter, 8-month fixed-term contract, based in Austin, TX with a hybrid work arrangement, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for early-career roles and campus engagement across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for intern and graduate roles across multiple business groups.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment standards, and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with coordinators to ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through offer and onboarding.
- Monitor pipeline progress, keep ATS data accurate, and share hiring metrics and trends with the team.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams in a timely, clear manner to maintain process transparency.
- Support event logistics including scheduling, material orders, shipping, and on-site coordination.
- Collect and analyze event participation, feedback, and outcomes to inform data-driven engagement evaluation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of early careers recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for campus or recruiting events.

Salary Range
USD 101,200 - 136,900 per year. Arm emphasizes competitive and equitable compensation and notes that the full rewards package is discussed with candidates during the recruitment process.
