Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter for the Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team in Austin, TX, onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on Legal and Public Policy recruiting, delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Conduct market research and use data to generate talent insights and inform hiring plans.
  • Propose recruitment ideas and strategies that support Amazon's long-term growth.
  • Design and refine recruiting processes to align with Amazon's mission of delivering high quality results to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead or contribute to projects focused on enhancing candidate generation best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of progressive recruiting or research experience in a corporate setting or with a search firm.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • Experience using a contact management system or applicant tracking system to source, track, and manage candidates.
