Job Description

In Austin, this hybrid Talent Acquisition role supports a fast-moving tech organization by steering the full recruiting lifecycle across both technical and non-technical roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through interviews to ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to capture role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other online channels
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, especially for repeat or high-volume roles
  • Lead video and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit
  • Provide a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity in Workday
  • Collaborate with recruiting teammates and People Experience partners across HR, Compensation, and Operations
  • Support recruiting initiatives, events, or projects as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, software, or SaaS environments, in-house or agency
  • Proficient in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool; Workday experience is a plus
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications, culture alignment, and potential
  • Willing to learn and adopt emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles concurrently
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, ready to support teammates as needed
  • Motivated by helping candidates find the right opportunity and closing offers successfully

Compensation Transparency

The base salary range for this role is provided within the posting.
