Job Description
Verto People is expanding its US footprint, starting with Austin as the launchpad and eyeing future growth in Miami and New York. In this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will identify, engage, and hire recruitment talent across the US, reporting to one of the owners and helping shape the early teams that will power our expansion.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage seasoned recruitment consultants, sales professionals, and emerging leaders for Verto People’s US offices.
- Develop talent pipelines across Austin, Miami, New York, and other strategic US markets.
- Proactively reach passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, headhunting, events, and market mapping.
- Oversee the end-to-end internal recruitment process from first outreach to offer and onboarding.
- Represent Verto People with professionalism and credibility in the US hiring market.
- Design engaging outreach campaigns that communicate the opportunity, culture, earning potential, and growth story of Verto People.
- Collaborate with the owners and the senior leadership team to understand hiring priorities, team gaps, and plans for future offices.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Monitor hiring activity, pipeline quality, conversion rates, and market feedback.
- Support employer branding efforts across LinkedIn, events, referrals, and local market engagement.
- Help shape the recruitment strategy for new office launches in Austin, Miami, and New York.
- Maintain a consistent, high-performing approach to attracting top recruitment talent in a growing market.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, rec-to-rec, or sales hiring.
- Confidence approaching passive candidates and building relationships from scratch.
- Ability to articulate an opportunity and potential beyond screening applicants.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple hiring processes concurrently.
