Job Description
Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Austin, TX (hybrid) responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, building talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, deadlines, and candidate profiles
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other online channels
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings, with emphasis on repeat or high-volume roles
- Conduct video and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Keep accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
- Collaborate with recruiting teammates and People Experience partners (HR, Compensation, Operations)
- Support recruiting initiatives, events, or projects as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, software, or SaaS (in-house or agency)
- Proficient in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search methods
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool; Workday experience is a plus
- Strong interviewing skills to assess qualifications, culture fit, and potential
- Comfortable adopting emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a strong experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and willing to assist teammates as needed
- Motivated by helping candidates find the right opportunity and successfully closing roles
