Technology Recruiter - Advanced AI
Job Description
Accenture is seeking a technically fluent recruiter with AI fluency to lead full lifecycle hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles within Corporate Growth Services. Based in Austin with hybrid work, this role focuses on delivering fast, candidate-centric processes in scarce-talent markets while leveraging deep technology understanding to move quickly and maintain a respectful candidate experience. The overall compensation ranges from $59,100 to $154,800 annually.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a talent advisor to leadership, delivering up-to-date AI market insights on pay benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Evaluate AI-focused technical skills and related capabilities—Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles—providing hiring managers with clear, evidence-based candidate assessments
- Keep abreast of shifts in the AI talent landscape and proactively share insights with stakeholders to guide hiring strategy
- Drive end-to-end technical searches, covering talent mapping, sourcing strategy, offer negotiation and close, including posting requisitions in Workday
- Develop and sustain pipelines for scarce AI talent by leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as employee referrals, social media, industry forums, GitHub, OSS Mining, and other avenues
- Leverage AI tools and automation (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore, etc.) to enhance sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity
- Provide a fast, transparent, candidate-focused experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding hand-off
- Provide prompt acknowledgments and updates to candidates at key milestones, ensuring no candidate goes without a response
- Utilize automated scheduling tools like Paradox to minimize back-and-forth and enable self-service interview booking
- Deliver structured, timely feedback to hiring managers within SLAs, including advancing to the next stage or providing disposition within 48 hours
- Ensure a respectful close for every candidate, including constructive decline communications, to safeguard Accenture’s employer brand
- Coordinate with onboarding teams post-offer to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
Requirements
- At least four years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience for technical talent
- Minimum of one year dedicated to sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles
- At least one year of hands-on experience using AI sourcing tools such as Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore, or equivalents
- Ability to travel as needed – up to 10%
- Hybrid work arrangement with in-office time 1-2 times per month, including Third Thursdays, community and ERG events, in-person interview assessment days, HR and recruiting town halls
