Recruiter, G&A

Tesla is seeking a G&A Recruiter to identify, attract, assess, and close top candidates onsite in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust G&A candidate pipelines to meet immediate and future hiring needs
• Apply a mix of sourcing tools and strategies to identify and engage top talent
• Develop productive partnerships with sourcers, fellow recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain expert knowledge of recruiting processes in a dynamic environment
• Prioritize a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
• Creative approach to filling difficult-to-fill roles
• Ability to handle both high-volume and high-touch roles
• Strong understanding of relevant employment market trends
• Solid knowledge of common G&A skill sets
• Proven ability to track, manage, and utilize data and workflows
