Technical Recruiter

Tesla is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support the Infrastructure organization. This role is 100% onsite in Brookshire, Texas, focused on sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates while partnering closely with hiring teams to deliver a strong interview experience.

What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build a deep understanding of the business and each open role
• Create sourcing strategies and talent mapping to build a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates
• Use data to calibrate sourcing strategy and align with evolving business expectations
• Identify, attract, and assess top talent using tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Partner with recruiters to provide timely updates to the business and senior leadership
• Provide an excellent candidate interview experience

What you bring

• 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Construction experience is an asset
• A proven track record using creative research and sourcing methods for niche areas and difficult-to-fill roles
• Ability to build and maintain healthy working relationships across company functions
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
