Direct Labor Recruiter

Flex LTD is hiring an onsite Direct Labor Recruiter in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll help keep the recruitment process running efficiently, effectively, and with a consistent focus on fairness and equity. What you will do

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications for external recruitment agencies, along with job descriptions and related materials aligned to recruitment standards and business needs.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with the hiring manager.
• Answer inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies regarding recruitment activities and vacancy status, while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Contact candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and develop interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager to support efficient, equitable interviews.
• Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies.
• Prepare job offer materials according to agreed job specifications so candidates have the information needed to make an informed decision.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues to connect with potential candidates.

What you bring

• Minimum 4 years of Human Resources or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of high volume recruitment experience.
• Advanced experience and skills related to performing assigned HR functions.
• Advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and the Flex business.
