Job Description

Tesla seeks a high-volume Collision Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess talent in automotive collision, onsite in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and advise on effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently while keeping business partners informed on progress and priorities.
  • Employ diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage strong passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to evaluate technical baseline and suitability for the Tesla environment.
  • Prioritize delivering an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the automotive collision industry, with evidence of exceptional performance.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and assessing technical talent and driving projects to successful outcomes, balancing efficiency with quality.
  • Experience managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners, guiding talent sources and assisting with assessments.
  • Genuine interest in technology demonstrated through ongoing learning throughout your career.
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, with awareness of relevant employment laws and market trends.
  • Combination of corporate and agency or executive-search experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to report onsite and travel; 50% travel is preferred.
