Senior Technical Recruiter

Atlas Energy Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter in Austin, TX (onsite) to lead full-cycle recruiting and build pipelines for hard-to-find technical and skilled trades talent. You will partner with hiring managers across Power and Operations teams to source candidates, assess fit, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing approaches.
• Build talent pipelines for technical, skilled trades, field operations, and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, technical requirements, and the talent market.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches rather than relying only on inbound applicants.
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, and overall role fit.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while keeping candidates and hiring teams moving forward.
• Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, and sourcing challenges.
• Support recruiting events, trade schools, military recruiting, and other targeted talent initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through hire.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing.
• Experience recruiting in energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search skills.
• Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other difficult-to-fill roles.
• Comfort partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with an ATS and recruiting technology.
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
