The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition role supports full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from staff to leadership across Visa's business units. The role develops talent strategies, partners with hiring managers, and ensures compliant, efficient interview, offer, and equity processes. This onsite position is based in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and drive Talent Acquisition strategies across all business units.
- Support Visa branding as a premier employer of choice in the marketplace.
- Develop plans to attract the required skill sets to ensure top talent aligns with Visa objectives.
- Serve as a talent consultant to shape Visa's future recruiting capabilities.
- Assist hiring managers in defining interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent, valid candidate assessment process.
- Interface with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple projects and candidates efficiently.
- Prepare and support hiring managers during interviews to ensure a professional and efficient process.
- Advocate for candidate processes to maintain internal and external equity.
- Oversee the offer process, reference checks, and salary recommendations.
- Prioritize multiple functions and tasks in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Participate in related programs and process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Maintain high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
- Balance employee advocacy with a strong focus on business needs.
- Collaborate on Corporate Talent Acquisition initiatives to deliver best in class services.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Administer and resolve employee matters, mitigating risk to Visa.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
- 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
