Job Description

This on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Colorado Springs, CO focuses on posting, sourcing, interviewing and placement of non-provider positions, building strong partnerships with internal and external candidates, and delivering exemplary customer service to candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles while contributing to Peak Vista's employer brand as a sought-after workplace.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, support selections, and organize offers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current Peak Vista openings.
  • Assist in building a pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding, clearly communicating the employment value proposition and reflecting the brand.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates from online databases, internal resources, community networks, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs, and social media to identify qualified candidates.
  • Foster positive relationships with hiring managers and keep them updated on open positions and offers.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to continuously improve recruiting marketing strategies.
  • Enhance Peak Vista’s talent acquisition strategies across social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate boards, newspapers, colleges and career centers.
  • Create and update workflows and ensure feedback from all interviewers is captured in the ATS.
  • Assist in developing or updating processes for continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Travel as needed within and outside the Colorado Springs area to support the recruiting process.
  • Promote and demonstrate the mission, vision, and Core Values of Peak Vista.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all departments, the management team, medical staff, and leadership.
  • Embrace cultural diversity within the team and community.
  • Manage the human, financial, and material resources, as well as data and information entrusted to the role.
  • Strive to deliver the best outcomes and highest quality service.
  • Adhere to the Compliance Plan and conflict of interest requirements.
  • Contribute to departmental performance improvement goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
  • Spanish bilingual preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
  • Proactive sourcing or healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred.
