Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive
Job Description
DaVita is expanding its leadership talent networks with a remote-friendly Executive Talent Acquisition Partner who will own the end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles. Based in Denver, Colorado with remote capabilities, this role partners closely with senior leaders to transform business strategy into a clear talent plan, elevating the executive talent acquisition function across the organization. The position offers a salary range of USD 78,000 to 119,000 per year and invites candidates with a proven track record in placing Director to C-suite executives within complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to VP and above leaders, translating business strategy into talent strategy. Advise on team design, role clarity, and talent implications beyond simple requisition management.
- Executive Search Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including search strategy, talent mapping, proactive pipelining, candidate engagement, assessment, and complex offer negotiations.
- Candidate Engagement & Experience: Cultivate authentic relationships with high-impact leaders and serve as an ambassador for DaVita’s mission and culture, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
- Inclusive & Insight-Driven Hiring: Leverage data, storytelling, and external benchmarks to challenge assumptions, promote equitable processes, and surface top-tier, diverse talent.
- Collaboration Across the Village: Work cross-functionally with People Services, Compensation, and Legal to design offers, mitigate risk, and deliver aligned hiring outcomes.
- Team Contribution & Mentorship: Elevate the executive TA team by sharing insights, mentoring colleagues, and modeling excellence in candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and process rigor.
Requirements
- Five or more years leading executive searches, in-house or at a retained firm, with placements at Director, VP, and C-level across complex organizations.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand organizational dynamics and identify leadership capable of delivering impact.
- Exceptional influencing skills, earning credibility with senior leaders and challenging perspectives with data and humility.
- Proven mastery of sourcing strategies and tools, complemented by external market insights.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for team development and continuous improvement.
