Based in Overland Park, Kansas, the Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization, partnering with leaders to fill roles across corporate, operational, professional, technical, and leadership tracks. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing to identify, engage, and attract top talent using advanced techniques, while ensuring a positive experience for every candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, including corporate, operational, professional, technical, and leadership roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and target candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
- Promote the company's culture, values, and employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Maintain a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system and maintain recruiting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with successful hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and advanced tools.
- Demonstrated capacity to recruit passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and establish credibility with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience supporting a multi-site or nationwide workforce.
- Experience recruiting for positions located across the nation.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and OFCCP requirements.
