Job Description
Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in healthcare for a hybrid role in Kansas City, KS, focused on full cycle recruitment to support staffing and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end recruitment for clinical and non clinical healthcare positions
- Use iCIMS ATS and CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates with advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
- Screen applicants to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and fit
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
- Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build a strong new graduate pipeline
- Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Positive interpersonal and effective communication skills
