Job Description

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in healthcare for a hybrid role in Kansas City, KS, focused on full cycle recruitment to support staffing and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end to end recruitment for clinical and non clinical healthcare positions
  • Use iCIMS ATS and CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates with advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
  • Screen applicants to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and fit
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build a strong new graduate pipeline
  • Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Positive interpersonal and effective communication skills
