Talent Acquisition Recruiter

KBP Brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the team onsite in Leawood, Kansas. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting restaurant management candidates while partnering closely with field leadership and employing data-driven recruitment strategies to deliver top talent. The position supports operational growth and aims to align talent pipelines with the company’s strategic needs across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with field leadership to understand talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment efforts, ensuring the highest quality hires for KBP Brands.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that foster diverse applicant pools through a variety of channels.
• Maintain a relentless focus on finding the best talent, demonstrating exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
• Stay ahead of hiring trends by leveraging cutting-edge recruitment processes and technologies to attract top candidates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting for multiple locations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of ATS and recruiting platforms, demonstrating a tech-savvy approach.
• A sense of urgency and a can-do attitude, coupled with a deep desire to discover and hire the best talent in the industry.
• Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail operations is preferred but not required, reflecting an understanding of the sector’s unique demands.
