Job Description
This onsite Talent Acquisition Advisor role at Bombardier in Wichita, KS focuses on full cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and candidate experience optimization to build a strong talent pipeline on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from needs assessment and job posting through sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct market research and advise managers on hiring trends and best practices.
- Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
- Design and execute candidate generation strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects such as employer branding and process improvements.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and uphold the company image.
- Analyze performance metrics and present recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles.

How to Thrive in This Role
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles.
- Bring experience in the aerospace and or manufacturing industry; experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
