Job Description

This onsite Talent Acquisition Advisor role at Bombardier in Wichita, KS focuses on full cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and candidate experience optimization to build a strong talent pipeline on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from needs assessment and job posting through sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and advise managers on hiring trends and best practices.
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Design and execute candidate generation strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects such as employer branding and process improvements.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and uphold the company image.
  • Analyze performance metrics and present recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles.

How to Thrive in This Role

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles.
  • Bring experience in the aerospace and or manufacturing industry; experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
  • Effectively manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting.
  • Be team-oriented, results-driven, with demonstrated influencing skills.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
