Associate IT Recruiter

At TriCom Technical Services, the Associate IT Recruiter supports sourcing, engagement, and placement of IT professionals in a fast paced, technology-driven environment. This onsite role is based in Leawood, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Use Bullhorn and other talent management tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans using social media recruiting, proactive outreach, research, and talent pools to identify qualified candidates.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand staffing needs and support employer branding efforts.
• Manage high-volume technical recruiting campaigns across multiple channels, including social platforms and job boards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Apply strong negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations effectively.

Requirements

• This entry-level position works alongside a Senior Technical Recruiter to build full-cycle IT recruiting competencies, with training and tools provided to advance to a full Recruiter role.

Compensation
