Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring, candidate experience, and ATS accuracy in a hybrid role based in Lenexa, KS.

Own full life cycle recruiting: position requirements, sourcing, screening, candidate management, interviewing, offer processing, salary negotiations, and compliance
Build diverse talent pipelines through active recruiting, passive sourcing, and candidate screening
Partner with hiring managers and employees by advising on hiring policies and procedures
Create hiring strategy by role and location to ensure talent availability ahead of business needs
Stay current on recruiting trends and candidate availability in support of sourcing effectiveness
Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date
Participate with external organizations to support recruitment-related community outreach and positive relationships that increase diversity hires
Seek opportunities to improve departmental and organizational performance through proactive ownership of assigned responsibilities
Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to elevate individual and team contributions
Develop solutions that improve process and program effectiveness

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Prior recruiting experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry
Extensive knowledge of recruiting and sourcing platforms
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
Ability to plan and make decisions
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines
