Job Description

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina with a hybrid work arrangement, Pacific Life Insurance Company offers a strategic opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The role carries a salary range of $125,100 to $152,900 per year, with potential for additional incentive pay. This position leads enterprise-wide recruiting across Finance, Technology, and corporate functions, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding search strategies, candidate evaluation, compensation discussions, and talent market insights.
  • Lead a structured and engaging candidate selection process.
  • Champion a strong candidate experience through timely updates and a personalized approach.
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition teams including Early Career, Talent Attraction, People Experience, and other TA members to improve outcomes and share insights.
  • Work with the Talent Attraction group to design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top internal and external talent.
  • Contribute to enterprise‑wide talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in competency‑based interview techniques and presenting qualified slates to stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and influencing skills to guide hiring decisions.
  • Data‑driven approach to sourcing and talent engagement.
  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $125,100.00 to $152,900.00. This range reflects the company's good faith minimum and maximum at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
