Responsibilities

  • Act as the sole Talent Acquisition contact for TBE leadership and hiring managers across every business unit
  • Own intake, kickoff, and sourcing strategy for all open TBE roles
  • Lead full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, submittals, interview scheduling, offer support, and closing
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers at all levels within TBE
  • Coordinate requisition prioritization and sourcing approach with the TA Manager
  • Own the weekly pipeline narrative and reporting presented to TA leadership
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, and industry networks beyond job boards
  • Maintain Pinpoint ATS hygiene with current statuses, dispositions, and notes
  • Flag blockers early, such as HM responsiveness gaps, compensation misalignment, or unclear requisition details, to prevent pipeline stalls

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to recruit in specialized, technical, or niche talent markets
  • Experience independently managing end-to-end client or BU relationships
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools; ATS experience required (Pinpoint or similar)
  • Comfort handling a high-volume requisition load while keeping multiple roles moving
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in HM-facing conversations, intake calls, and leadership updates
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Direct experience recruiting aviation engineers, airport planners, or FAA-related technical roles
  • Background recruiting for AEC or aviation consulting firms, whether agency or in-house
  • Familiarity with aviation engineering titles and career paths (EIT, PE, Project Engineer, Senior PM, Program Manager)
  • Knowledge of the aviation consulting talent market and key firms (RS&H, HNTB, Kimley-Horn, AECOM, Delta Airport Consultants, and similar)
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates in small, relationship-driven talent pools
  • Understanding of no-poach list navigation and competitor-aware sourcing strategies
