Job Description

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator to operate on location in Boonville, Missouri. This onsite role centers on placing and managing workers with client organizations, handling recruiting and onboarding, and delivering on-site client service. The position carries a pay rate of USD 25 to 28 per hour.

Responsibilities

Maintain professionalism with Advance Services' customers and employees.
Conduct applicant interviews and assess applications/resumes to determine the best placements for workers and client companies.
Recruit, interview, hire, orient, schedule, coach, and counsel employees.
Perform on-site visits to clients to provide on-site service and support.
Execute local sales calls to pursue new business opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested.
Investigate and report workers' compensation and safety issues.
Implement corrective actions for employees as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls.
Answer phones, assist callers, and take accurate messages.
Explain the application process to applicants.
Ensure all paperwork (I-9, W-2, etc.) is completed accurately.
Process payroll accurately.
Promote workplace safety.
Be responsible for achieving goals.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm, paid OT after 40 hours
Compensation: Competitive base with uncapped commission plans; WorldWide Medical Staffing paid employee health/life insurance
First-year expectations: $80K–$120K+
