Onsite Recruiter

At the client site in Roanoke, Indiana, this Onsite Recruiter role is contracted through Echor HR Services to oversee staffing operations, onboarding, and safety for on-site personnel. The position follows a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with overtime and weekend work as needed, and offers $19 to $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of staffing agency employees
• Coordinate and manage safety meetings
• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Build relationships with the client and on-site employees
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
• Ensure employees arrive with proper PPE daily
• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices
• Provide feedback to temporary associates
• Address performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
• Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in staffing and on-site supervision or management
• Familiarity with ATS software such as Bullhorn
• Strong understanding of time keeping systems and time card management
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and employees
• Previous experience in staffing is a plus
