Job Description

This remote, U.S.-based position focuses on growing Desort's Dental Division through talent acquisition and business development within DSOs, private practices, and multisite dental groups.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand a portfolio of dental clients, driving long-term partnerships
Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the dental sector
Outreach and present Desort’s recruitment solutions to prospective clients
Strengthen Desort’s presence across DSOs and private practices
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth placements
Provide market insights on dental hiring trends and compensation benchmarks
Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

Experience in business development, sales, account management, or dental/healthcare staffing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Confident in outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple pipelines
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
