What you will do

• Attract top talent through multiple channels, including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with applicants and prospective candidates.
• Prescreen candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for specific openings.
• Lead in-depth interviews to evaluate experience, personality, and cultural alignment.
• Oversee the onboarding process, covering paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary staffing contact.
• Manage daily staffing operations at the client site, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to requirements while resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor onsite staff performance, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed.
• Ensure all staffing activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations.
• Generate regular reports on staffing metrics to track progress and outcomes.
• Promptly address staffing challenges to sustain high client satisfaction.

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.
• Comfort with making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
