Job Description

Join Volt Workforce Solutions in New Ulm, MN as an Onsite Recruiter supporting client hiring needs through day-to-day staffing and recruiting coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting efforts and strengthen client partnerships through high-quality on-site service delivery
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for client leadership, supervisors, and HR teams
  • Oversee daily on-site staffing operations, including attendance, timekeeping, workforce data, and policy compliance
  • Track staffing levels to maintain required headcount and support proactive turnover reduction
  • Maintain a visible, consistent presence on the floor to support associates and client supervisors
  • Run regular employee check-ins and manage engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives
  • Source and recruit candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing approaches
  • Conduct on-site interviews, screenings, and site tours
  • Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first-day success processes
  • Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead onboarding, orientations, and site-specific training for new hires
  • Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, including MS Office, ATS, and timekeeping tools

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay

  • $50,000 - $55,000 per year
