Job Description

At the client site in Roanoke, Indiana, this Onsite Recruiter role is contracted through Echor HR Services to oversee staffing operations, onboarding, and safety for on-site personnel. The position follows a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with overtime and weekend work as needed, and offers $19 to $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of staffing agency employees
Coordinate and manage safety meetings
Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
Build relationships with the client and on-site employees
Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
Ensure employees arrive with proper PPE daily
Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices
Provide feedback to temporary associates
Address performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in staffing and on-site supervision or management
Familiarity with ATS software such as Bullhorn
Strong understanding of time keeping systems and time card management
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and employees
Previous experience in staffing is a plus
