WorldWide Medical Staffing is seeking an in-office Healthcare Recruiter to support physician, advanced practice, and RN staffing in Mesa, AZ. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, outbound outreach, and guiding candidates through every step of the recruitment process, with a compensation package that blends base pay and uncapped commissions. The position is centered on hands-on hiring within a collaborative, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and warm calling candidates from the company website and internal database.
• Proactively identifying and engaging exceptional healthcare professionals.
• Utilizing email and text marketing campaigns to source and recruit top-tier talent.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment journey to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of physician recruitment or 2 years of RN recruiting experience preferred.

• Location: Mesa, AZ, In office (Alma School/US 60)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm, paid OT after 40 hours
• Compensation: Competitive base with uncapped commission plans; WorldWide Medical Staffing paid employee health/life insurance
• First-year expectations: $80K–$120K+
