The Talent Acquisition Partner will help shape our recruiting engine, partnering with leaders across the organization to attract top talent, elevate the candidate experience, and support scalable hiring for a construction-focused portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and tailored hiring strategies
- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
- Maintain an efficient, organized process using our ATS
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and operational leaders
- Provide market insights on talent availability and conditions
- Support workforce planning in partnership with HR
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience
- Maintain clear, timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles
- Leverage sourcing tools, referrals, and networking to identify talent
- Assist with proactive recruiting strategies for critical positions
- Track recruiting activity and outcomes, including pipeline health and time-to-fill
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Requirements
- 3β7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Construction, engineering, or similar industry experience preferred
