Accenture seeks a technically fluent recruiter with AI expertise to own full lifecycle hiring for advanced AI talent in a hybrid role based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a talent advisor to business leaders, delivering real time AI market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Assess AI related technical skills and adjacent capabilities across Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles, providing hiring managers with clear, evidence based evaluations
- Monitor shifts in the AI talent landscape and share insights with stakeholders to shape hiring strategy
- Lead end to end technical searches — from talent mapping and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close, including posting requisitions in Workday
- Build and maintain pipelines for scarce AI talent markets using diverse channels such as employee referrals, social media, industry forums, GitHub, OSS Mining, and more
- Leverage AI tools and automation (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore) to boost sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity
- Deliver a fast, transparent, candidate centric experience at every stage from initial outreach to onboarding hand off
- Provide prompt acknowledgments and status updates to all candidates at key milestones; ensure no candidate is left without a response
- Use automated scheduling tools (Paradox) to reduce back and forth and enable self service interview booking
- Offer structured, timely feedback to hiring managers within SLAs, progressing candidates or providing disposition within 48 hours
- Close with respect for every candidate, delivering constructive declines to protect Accenture’s employer brand
- Coordinate with onboarding teams post offer to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
- Define screening criteria, evaluate pre qualified candidates, and present shortlists to hiring managers with clear rationale and data
- Create and maintain Workday dashboards to provide real time pipeline visibility, time to fill metrics, and hiring activity reporting
- Monitor SLAs, compliance, and key operational metrics; escalate or resolve issues proactively
- Champion Accenture standard delivery solutions and ensure responsible, compliant use of AI throughout the recruiting process
- Collaborate with workforce planning and operations to align recruiting activity with short and long term talent objectives
Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed – less than 10 percent
- Hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 in office days per month for activities such as Third Thursdays, ERG events, in person interview days, and town halls
- Minimum four years of full lifecycle recruitment experience for technical talent
- At least one year dedicated to sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles
- At least one year of hands on experience using AI sourcing tools (eg Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore or equivalent)
