Talent Acquisition Partner

Playtech is expanding its talent acquisition efforts and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Bensalem, PA with an onsite work arrangement. In this role, you will manage recruiting from start to finish, partnering across teams to support hiring goals while continuously improving how candidates are sourced, screened, and interviewed.

PT Services (Delaware) LLC is part of Playtech, the world’s largest online gaming software supplier traded on the London Stock Exchange Main Market. Playtech Live supports high-performance streaming through studios equipped with hundreds of state-of-the-art cameras, and the organization employs more than 1,830 professionals across countries worldwide, with opportunities for candidates to join the international team in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, actively sourcing candidates through approved channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and meet talent acquisition goals.
• Oversee the full talent acquisition process, including screening resumes from diverse sources.
• Coordinate and lead recruitment meetings and interviews.
• Maintain and update internal recruitment systems.
• Advertise open roles across approved channels.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using social media and other recruitment and business development techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
