The Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruitment for technical roles within the Aeronautics division, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, build pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience. This contract role emphasizes strategic collaboration, pipeline development, and stakeholder alignment to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer finalization
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and craft recruiting strategies
- Facilitate intake conversations and strategy sessions to define role requirements and hiring expectations
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing relationship management
- Assess candidates for technical proficiency, cultural fit, and potential long-term success
- Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions
- Deliver market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics and progress to leadership
- Ensure adherence to recruiting processes, policies, and documentation standards
- Maintain precise candidate and requisition data in ATS systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience; or a minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Systems Engineering
- Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Software Engineering
- Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering
- Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering
- Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Aerospace Engineering
- Experience recruiting for business, operations, production, manufacturing, or supply chain roles
- Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
